The Executive Board has announced that as of March 2016, all issues of the CNEHA newsletter will be distributed electronically. Members will receive their copies via direct email. A members page is in the works that will allow those without email to access the newsletter through the website. CNEHA will continue to post pdfs of the newsletters for public access after 1 year. Membership lists are redacted from the pdfs available to the public.
This decision was necessary as the number of members electing to receive electronic copies has put us below the threshold for bulk mailing and led to significantly increased mailing costs. This step will result in considerable savings for the Council, and will allow us to increase the number of color images, expand the length of the newsletter, and enable us to put news more quickly into the hands of our members.
